But the managers always wanted me (and the other cleaners) to pressure customers to buy other services and products while I was in their home. I just wanted to give the customer what they asked for ... the best cleaning possible. I didn't want to nag them for extra work so I could get a higher commission.
I started Kleaneasy so I could focus more on what YOU, the customer, want rather than what I want. Years ago I learned that in order to receive you have to give. If I provide great service then the money just takes care of itself. I don't want to ask my customers for add-on sales nor do I have to. If I offer anything at all other than what I came to clean, it will only be because it really does need to be done and I can offer great discounts while I am on the premises. My prices for add-on services will be reasonable rather than ridiculous.
