She Didn't Think It Could be Cleaned - Surprise!
A frustrated daughter of an elderly gentleman contacted Kleaneasy about her heavily soiled carpets. This gentleman had become sickly and could only walk with the help of a walker. Because he enjoyed small work projects in the garage he was constantly walking grease, oil, and dirt into the house. Over time the carpets got increasingly dirty.
Not having the money to replace the carpets she hoped that we could make them look a little better. She told to us that she knew that the carpets wouldn't come clean but she wanted them, at the very least, to look a little better.
After the job was complete she was beyond surprised (and extremely happy) with the results. The carpets look new and she offered to pay us more than we quoted (of course we turned down her generous offer).
